These sessions benefit athletes with intermediate or advanced strength & conditioning levels. 60 Minutes: These comprehensive sessions are composed of a brief introduction to the goal of the session, followed by a goal-oriented exercise prescription program, and end with a cooldown and flexibility regimen. These sessions may benefit clients with beginner and intermediate strength & conditioning levels.
